One of the best ways to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible is to start it by waking up early and eating a healthy breakfast. You’ll be surprised by how much your day improves when you have a well-balanced meal to start the day. Becoming an early riser also helps you get more out of your day by providing you with more time to do things.

Once you create good morning habits it will insure that you can have a more productive day.

For some people this may seem like a waste of time and paper. You might be thinking why write down what you have to do instead of just doing it. However, making a to-do list is a useful way to plan your day to make sure you don’t miss out on anything. Lists help you stay organized and prioritize, especially when you have a lot to get done.

The best way to get this done is to prioritize these tasks based on importance and urgency. Get the most important items done first so you can be stress free by the end of the day.
