She’s The Boss: Brittany M. Byrd Says “Go Hard”

The Internet has its uses for exposing us to any and everything – good and bad – including people. Through social media platforms, like Instagram, we have the opportunity to peer into a diverse group of worlds; especially that of the creative like fashion, music, and art.

Enter 22-year-old Brittany M. Byrd, a Los Angeles native with a determination that is too ill to ever quit. With a natural curiosity to learn about the fashion world beyond the final product seen on the street, Brittany pounded the pavement armed with questions and an ear ready to soak in whatever information she could get.

“When people think fashion it’s usually just what they see on the streets, the final product. There’s a whole rigorous world behind it that I wanted to learn about. I learned about manufacturing in Downtown LA. That’s actually where I learned to speak Spanish, working in factories in high school,” she said.

She dabbles in a plethora of creative ventures and aims to be widely received for her dedication. The fashionista has managed to command attention on her own; creating her own spotlight alongside rockstar-esque boyfriend, Lil Uzi Vert.

Currently attending Parsons Design School with an interior design focus,she advises everyone to be driven, to stay positive, and to never put your passions in the back seat. Get to know Brittany in the following pages.
