Kobe’s Last Game (Sunday 8:30 p.m.)
There is no way you can tune in this weekend without acknowledging the biggest highlight of it all: Kobe Bryant’s last All Star appearance. According to ESPN, a 19-year-old Bryant became the youngest All Star in NBA history when he was voted a starter in the 1998 game. Five NBA championships, and two Olympic gold medals, and several other accolades later, the 37-year-old Lakers legend announced his plan to retire after a 2015-16 NBA Season. Since Sunday will be Bryant’s 18th and final All Star game, it is the main course of the weekend.
